I called Jess on Monday to repair a leak that has been ongoing since Tropical Storm Hone. He responded right away and set up an appointment for Wednesday. He could hear in my voice that I was a bit panicked to have to wait until Wednesday because we were having heavy rains again so he said he’ll send his crew after lunch today to repair the leak. Our old roof was taken off by Hilo Roofing, and our new one is looking great! It took 3 days to complete them entirely. Everyone on the crew knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. The work was completed expertly, and our new roof has received numerous compliments. When the roofing was finished, we also had the old gutters replaced. There was a one-day delay for that. If I ever needed work on my roof or gutters, I would hire them without hesitation.
