Written from the bottom of my heart, with tears in my eyes, to the entire medical team at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. My family is so grateful for the services you provided and the care that was extended to a family member recently. You helped save this individual, a loving part of our family. Thank you. Over a month ago, a family member was brought into the ER, where the ER team was going to treat this incoming patient for something physical. That's what I also thought the problem was, nothing more. I retired from a US mainland network hospital. During our indoctrination lecture, we were instructed on being of service to our patients, their relatives, and visitors. The staff here, in every department involved, which is still ongoing, fulfilled and went beyond my own instructions of conduct and service. Awesome is all I can say. Thank you!
