Joining this Halau has been a life dream and at 73 never thought I could, but I did and when entering the Halau and saying the prayer my heart went back to my youth and the dream. Kumu is amazing and all the dancers are hard workers and care deeply for their practice. If you are interested in being of Hawaii's culture and learn and work out this is the place to go. Check out the website and let them know you want to go. I came down sick for a bit and they still included me to return when better. Aloha Nui Loa to the Halau for their mana and healing work for me.
