I'm sorry a few people are having a hard time. I came from a competing rental company that was extremely difficult to deal with. I have had a great experience so far. Everyone in the office had a good attitude and my property was cleaned and came with toiet paper, soap and curtains. They did not rush me into this rental and they've always responded in a timely manner. I can tell they are trying. We shall see what happens after a trouble call or cleaning fee, but I'm hoping for the best.

We rented a lovely house in Pepeekeo through Ginoza for 4.5 years. Sean and Dee were our main contacts and they were always professional and courteous.They are set up with an online rent payment portal which makes it so easy to pay the rent. We were notified when they wanted to do an inspection and they always followed up to confirm by email and text message.When we decided to leave after giving notice, vacating the property was easy, we made sure everything was clean and tidy, they have a drop off for the keys which was very nice since we left on a weekend. Our deposit was mailed to us within a few weeks of vacating.We never had any issues in our time with them and no we are not friends/family of theirs we are just leaving an honest review of our experience with them.
