Don't listen to any of the bad reviews from here, they are wrong. I was treated well by all the staff, especially Miyuki. She was very communicative, honest, easy to talk to, not to mention professional . She was on top of it when it came to checking references and if I had an questions she called or responded to me quicky through email or text.When it comes to renting a home and filling out your application, make sure you have everything handy. Make sure if you want the process to go swiftly and smoothly, you have to do your part in contacting your past or present landlords and have your income and other paperwork handy. Don't expect for them to respond if you have not completed your part. Often times it is because of your reference info that make the paperwork delayed. I hope that this review will be looked at. As you can see I have reviewed things in the past. I am honest to mention what I experience and will not sugar coat things.I decided to write immediately after my experience with the staff. I also wanted to thank Sheila for her warm welcome on showing us the rental that my family will be moving in. It has been a difficult process from moving back from Vegas and finally find a rental company that takes care and kind enough to help....again, don't listen to the bad reviews.Thank you so much Miyuki and Sheila!Also thank you Reagan as well. You all are great !!!

The owners and management at Day-Lum are truly genuine people that will treat you like family! They're are extremely caring and kind folks that really welcome you as if they're welcoming you into their very own homes. Thank you so much! ps special thanks to Mrs Patti and Mrs Reagan!

Having a great experience with Day-lum as I find a long-term rental. Patty Day helped me get through the initial paperwork, then she took me on a nice site visit and has been responsive in helping me get towards a lease. Roxanne and Cindy have also been great, I look forward to working with Regan for my rental in Hilo.
