Hands-down this is the worst CPA I have ever encountered. I dealt with the people in Kona. We have used them for the last three tax years and every year it's a circus to get them to do the simplest things. We are passed from one person to another person then back to another person and we are just a tiny business that makes very little money. They charge us an exorbitant amount of money never answer emails , Ask the same questions over and over again and charge you for it. I highly recommend not using these people. They seem to be internally in turmoil and there is no clear communication between their own staff.

Took 10 months to finish a simple 1040 and Schedule C. Charged over $900 with strings of broken completion promises over the year. Overcharges for incompetent practice and service. Billed without deduction of deposit from bill. Sent incomplete contracts to sign. This place is going through major disfunction with the customer billed for the time it takes for them to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs.
