The stereo in my backup car was making some weird noises. Adam said it is pretty common in older Lexus SUVs and recommended a new head unit. I made an appointment and brought it back for them to install it with new faceplate. Mark did the installation and found that my speakers were all pretty much destroyed. He installed a component system in the front and made accommodations for me to replace the rears at a later date. The unit I got far exceeded my expectations and I must say service at Car Stereo Specialists was exceptional. The guys really explained everything and Mark spent extra time to explain the features after the install. Mahalo to Adam & Mark, hope to meet their other partner Kevin the next time when I bring in my other cars...

Was able to get professional new speaker install. Adam effectively communicated the plan and was very transparent with me concerning cost, timeline, and expectations. He really went above and beyond for me and exudes the “Aloha”

First Adam is great and honest guy~ we had 2023 benz sprinter need him install PA system. Ask for few place ,no one could done it, but adam done it less than 2 hours.. and job done awesome ~~highly recommended ^^
