I would not recommend working with any company that has such low respect for customers and who cannot or will not correct their errors. (See update below)After months of attempting to get scheduled the company finally did an inspection. It took so long because they lost my phone messages and misplaced the request from the inspector as well. Anyway, I completed all of the preparation for treatment including dog and cat boarding, booking a hotel for the night, packing up the entire kitchen food and medications, trimming bushes, moving house plants etc. The arrangements took two days.When the workers arrived they refused to do the work because they did not like the position...read full review

As a Realtor in Hawaii, I acquire termite inspection and fumigation quite often. Bowman is always my go-to. I mostly work with Jay Muranaka who's always quick to respond, get the job done, give me the most reasonable quote while offering the most competitive warranty.

The work was completed in a shorter period then agreed, so no complaint there. My property was pretty complex but the company handled it matter-of-factly. The end result was an exceptional fumigation which rid the home of any and all pests. Highly recommended!
