My experience with Dr. Mitsui on 02/06/24 was excellent! He's super cool, friendly and easy to talk to. He listens and is straight forward. Office is super clean! Office still does have a mask policy.
Dr. Mitsui was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was in and out within 40 minutes as a new client, which made me happy.Also should note, these guys fit me in last minute when Eye Care Hawaii canceled my appt 10 days before my appointment because I didn't confirm. I was already fed up with their unprofessionalism and 2 hour long eye exam visits, so I decided to drop them altogether. I'm so glad that I did! A visit with Dr. Mitsui was much more enjoyable and productive. I'll be staying with him. Thanks Big Island Vision Center!
