Despite being busy the owner worked me and my 10 year old daughter into her schedule and was extremely personable, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. The owner is very obviously skilled at what she does and helped me fix a botched haircut I did on myself and made me feel beautiful after my haircut and styling. She took great care of my daughter and gave her exactly the cut she wanted. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Super amazing service. All the other clients and staff were amazing! I’ve been to a lot of hair salons where I ask for something and they mess it up or simply do something I didn’t ask for. But not belle toi. She was extremely nice and cut my hair to perfection. If I could I’d give more than 5⭐️

Yesterday we did a haircut/shampoo/style. Tori gave me an excellent haircut, similar to the sample pictures I showed her. You can tell she knows what she is doing, and she visually analyzes your hair while offering good haircare advice for your hair type/condition. From our conversation she's a local girl and very outspoken. I scheduled a partial highlight appt with her next week!
