“Dr. Alan and his team squeezed us in at the end of their day to examine our senior dog who was in heart failure. He did a thorough exam, and sent us home with meds that helped our little guy recover quickly. We are so grateful to them for being there for us when we needed them! They also texted DAILY to check on how our pup was doing for the first week after he started his new meds, which felt really special. I’m so impressed with the way they communicate with pet owners and treat the pets in their care—guided by decades of knowledge, kindness, and love of animals. We will definitely return to this hospital.”

“Dr. Grune has been VERY helpful with my fearful and anxious Malinois with IBD, allergies & behavioral issues. The most comforting thing was seeing how much my dog likes him. She's not good with most people but she went up to him like he was her long lost friend! Wow!

Additionally, I find the staff to be exceptionally friendly, diligent, highly communicative and always showing concern.

I live in Ocean View and have delt with practically every vet in Kona and they're all terrible with receptionists that are snarky, clueless and impatient.

It's WELL WORTH the extra driving time to Keeau to receive such excellent personalized care. Their resonable pricing helps a lot too. Keep up the good work BIPCC and I'll keep driving! :-)”
