The guards at the Kona Pier demonstrate a blatant disregard to the smoking policy.It's not very professional at all to see, smell or feel uniformed personal openly polluting public entrances with side stream smoke.It Is also very unpleasant and unprofessional to be met with anger and hostility when asked to smoke elsewhere.

Your employee, Mr. Nicholas Reynolds who is assigned to man the SNAP offices demonstrated a professional and kind demeanor throughout my entire wait time; unfailingly helpful with every single person. Never did he assume a condescending attitude toward applicants and their accompanying family members and/or friends.
