Truly an artist! Windy does a great job with my hair every time. Her space is also lovely, full of her beautiful artwork and handmade clothes and other pieces. If you also want art and inspiration, this is the place to go! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a hair cut and color on Maui. I’ve also sent my husband in for a men’s cut and is reasonably priced.
