I highly recommend utilizing Sascha's services as a Rolfing professional. Years of neglect had left my body in a less than ideal condition and very much imbalanced. Sascha helped me notice the negative ways my body expresses itself and taught me to walk and carry myself in a more ergonomic way. Our work together has resulted in a significant reduction in pain, more confidence, a greater sense of balance and overall strength in my body.
