While I really like the dentist personally, I have had multiple billing issues with this practice. I had to pay $1000 out-of-pocket after they performed a procedure without advising me that it was not covered by my insurance. They later coded a routine cleaning, which would have been covered 100% by my insurance, inaccurately as a periomaintenance procedure, which resulted in me incurring out-of-pocket costs again. After multiple attempts to straighten it out and much frustration, I decided to change providers.

I get anxious everytime I go to the dentist, but Dr Jo-Ann and her staff were wonderful today. I was referred by military for cleaning and redo of a old filling. Staff were professional and hygienists were thorough. Dr Jo-Ann did a great job and I felt cared for through the whole process.

Are used to go there but I stop because they don’t spend enough time cleaning your teeth. Seems like this place doesn’t wanna spend the one hour per customer. That’s the standard, I know this because that’s my sister’s job.
