I enjoyed my experience, I didn’t know what to expect when I learned there would be a virtual teacher- but over all communication was great, instructions were clear and it was a wonderful session.
I recently had the pleasure of attending HYPE Hot Yoga in Ewa Beach, and it was an amazing experience! The studio has a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great yoga session.
The instructors there are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. They guide you through each flow with clear instructions and helpful tips, making the classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. I appreciated how they take the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout the session.

Great place! Great people! I've been practicing Hot Yoga (Bikram) for a decade on the East Coast. Grateful this place exist in Hawaii and is available when I go to visit my family.
Catherine is great and the teachers are top-notch yogis. Pleasantly surprised that one of the teachers is part of my original yoga community on the East Coast. Overall, I love the concept -- it's efficient, clean and lovely!
