Ewa Beach Auto Repair offers premium service for a premium price. They provide excellent work and operate efficiently, with no appointment needed if you arrive early. The receptionist is professional and prompt, making the experience convenient and efficient. The shop is family-owned and treats customers like family, taking the time to explain things and providing fair value for the service.
Customers in the community have recommended this shop, and many have had great experiences. The owner is helpful, providing service tips, and the staff is friendly. Customers are happy to have a shop within Ewa Beach to service their vehicles.
However, customers should plan to arrive early, especially at the end of the month when it is the busiest time. There is usually a line, but it moves quickly, and there are designated staff members for safety inspections. The waiting room is small but has air conditioning.
Brought my car into Ewa Beach Auto Repair for a safety inspection and had a great experience. The front office was welcoming right when I walked in, and the whole process was quick and easy.
Huge thanks to Rudy for being so helpful! He let me know I could just renew my registration at one of those self-service kiosks instead of driving down to wait in line at the DMV. Saved me so much time!
Mahalo to the whole team for being such a great local business!
I visited Ewa Beach Auto Repair to get a safety inspection. From the moment I walked through the door the staff was welcoming and friendly. The service was quick, efficient and stress free. The tech was friendly as well, he even noticed we had a service member in our family and thanked us for our service! Totally unexpected but so thoughtful. Great staff! Keep up the great work! I will be back next year for sure!
