Called and made a reservation. While being checked in asked twice what I was there for... don't like that the waxing is in the front of the shop. Person did an okay job, but was not friendly.

Let me start off by saying i really wanted to give a 2 star review because of the quality, however, the nail tech that serviced me as very polite and really did try to make the experience enjoyable. The service was ok, it wasn't exceptional but it also was not bad. I loved the massage chair, never sat in a chair like it in any other nail salon. It massages the back of your thighs and your bum as you are sitting. I didn't appreciate the extra charge to remove my gel polish and replace with regular, especially since i am paying for a pedicure service...shouldn't that include the polish removal regardless if its gel or not. I had the best service and experience here while on vacation. I got a gel mango deluxe pedicure which was perfect. The staff are very kind and do a great job. They had tons of colors to choose from and the atmosphere was very clean, modern, and inviting. I will be back next time I'm on Oahu.
