Hands down the best spot on the island for a perm. Koa and his at The Collective really knows what they’re doing, and the quality shows. My perm came out exactly how I wanted it—clean, natural-looking, and easy to style. You’ll get compliments! The other best thing is the Vibes, one big Ohana. 100% recommend 🤙🏻
