“This place is wonderful. Becky M. has been with me on my recovery from a rotator cuff surgery and I was scared and in pain and she made this such a positive and relaxing experience. I'm not terrified to go in I actually look forward to it. She's very supportive and patient and she makes recovery easier. I love this place. The entire environment is so pleasant. The front desk staff and everyone. But Becky is truly great and I'm grateful for her being apart of my recovery team 10/10 would recommend.“

“I've recently needed to find a new primary care doctor as mine moved to Arizona and referred me to Straub. Soooo, having a year's worth of refill prescriptions for my medication I of course waited until I really really needed a new PCP to start the process of finding one. If I knew how easy it would be I would have started earlier but then I wouldn't have found the one I got but that's another review.I'm over the moon happy with this medical center. Parking is a breeze, it's on Pali Momi Street in Pearlridge next to Big City Diner and Down to Earth. I park at the far end as I'm an early morning riser and it's a short drive from my house and lots of parking open at 7:15. Parking is free! It's just a short walk to the clinic with well maintained sidewalks for wheelchair access and handicap parking even closer.You walk into the clinic, register at the front desk, pay your co-pay or tell them to bill you then take a seat. Your doctor's assistant with call you at your scheduled appointment time. Another plus of early visits is there are fewer people to contend with. At the time of this review masks are required but apparently that will soon change. Personally I wish they would continue to require them at medical facilities, too many sick people, some who knowingly or unknowingly are contagious.I'm also a fan that you can have your blood drawn on site. Again just walk in, register, no appointment needed. Because everything is in your chart (through My Chart) your doctor enters what tests he wants run so it's available to the Phlebotomy technicians. The results are available to you and your doctor in hours.“

“The best place for any and all body work! Safire has helped me with chronic shoulder pain that has been bothering me for years and I am forever grateful! The whole team here is super knowledgeable and the facility amazing they have a cold plunge saunas body compressions (you can even watch football during the session) and stretching. Super happy with my experience and will be a forever customer. Also really easy parking!“

“I almost didn't want to write this review because this guy is Oahu's best kept secret. I have been going to Arleigh for over 5 years now and it's still the best massages every single time. He is my favorite massage therapist and if I ever moved, I would fly back and make sure I always have an appointment scheduled with him. Go see him. He's the best. Just know he's always busy but it's very worth your wait.“

“I had a separation in the labrum of my hip. I initially went to a different PT who told me he couldn’t do anything to help me. I felt pretty helpless but my doctor referred me to Shawna and she was great. It’s been about a month since I was discharged from PT and I am almost back to my normal/full range of motion with no pain and no surgery!“

“Dr. Ken was amazing! He really knew his stuff! At first, I was super nervous and skeptical about the whole idea, However, after our on phone consultation about the specific problem I was having, he then proceeded to plan out a treatment that would help with that. When I met him in person he was able to feel exactly the root of the problem. I was impressed. Overall my experience was top notch as he was super knowledgeable and very understanding providing the best treatment possible. “I wanted to write a 2021 review for Dr. Collins. My previous chiropractor moved so I was looking for someone to take care of my back. Dr. Collins was recommended, I gave him a try. Earlier in the summer, he worked on me for a few weeks and I was back to my old self. Now with the south surf season ending I'll need to prep for winter surf so I'll be going back for a reajustment. “He's been my doctor for over 20 years and I can't leave! Lol! YOU JUST DONT KNOW HOW GOOD OF A DOCTOR HE IS TO EVERYONE. He has so much patients. At least 200 minimum in a SLOW DAY. And that's just for HIM! If we include the other PA, RN or Doctors in hand, that's WELL OVER 300. Anywho, if you don't recognize who he his, he's the doctor that helped out during COVID when the state had no where to go or no idea what to do. Now some may disagree with his visits unit he neighborhood. THATS FINE. But he NEVER FORCED anyone to take the vaccination, nor did he ever ignore anyone who needed help during that period. If that doesn't tell you how good of a doctor he is, then no worries. I'm proud of my doctor for what he did the moment AMERICA was hit with their first COVID situation. He quickly had his place ready & set to go! His staff were all highly trained as to how to tend to COVID patients BEFORE Hawaii's outbreak. Although the government didn't listen to his advice in shutting down the AIRPORT to prevent a HIGH AND WIDE SPREAD... he was prepared for the worst. HE DID SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB, he was called in my the top dogs in the mainland to assist in making POP UP CLINICS & organizing the states with the medical aids they offered. I think he did rather well. I know there are a lot of people who oppose such help, but he doesn't force it into anyone who doesn't want the help. Maybe your government would, but he's NOT your government, is he?! Heh heh heh. Anywho, it was nice to see him after 3 years of him being in the go constantly. Doing tv interviews, conferences, etc. And I know he's still the same doc as he was before COVID. It's because of his genuine greeting when he saw my husband & I. Same old doc! Thanks for reading! “First Off, if you think you're not covered, give them a call. It takes a minute to look this info up! 9 times out of 10, you are covered! My First Appointment Got Me HOOKED!!! A little history, my previous chiropractor just rolled me around like a Pillsbury dough boy. Maybe an occasional crack here and there every other visit.... NOPE, not with this guy... He understands your issues and corrects them. I must've cracked 5 times in each area he corrected. INSTANTLY, heat ran through my body sensing relief in all areas. My Neck, My Back.... lol. Healed!!! I'm literally in and out within 5-15 minutes.“

“I went first to Straub Kapolei Urgent Care for an ankle X-ray and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I called the Orthopedic provider I had gone to before, but they weren't answering. I had completely forgotten this place was a mile away from my house. I went there and was seen right away. Got X-ray and was seen by the the PA and fitted for a boot really quickley for what turned out to be a fracture. There were three ladies in the office on a Sat, an X-ray Tech and the PA. The place was really nice, roomy and clean. Scheduled me for a follow up offering a Sunday. I hope I don't need them again after that, but definitely recommend!“
