The best place for any and all body work! Safire has helped me with chronic shoulder pain that has been bothering me for years and I am forever grateful! The whole team here is super knowledgeable and the facility amazing they have a cold plunge saunas body compressions (you can even watch football during the session) and stretching. Super happy with my experience and will be a forever customer. Also really easy parking!

Recovery is always needed to help the body heal. Found this place on Instagram and had to check it out.Booking appointments are easy online. They email and text you confirmations.I have been having issues with tight glutes and hamstrings, definitely worked it. I need a more in depth maybe 90-120 min work over for this aging body.I’ll book again

First time trying Holt Fit and it was great! Was looking for something more sports specific to address some pain and soreness. Safire was very attentive and professional. Great service and very clean. Will definitely be back. The process was painful but the results were felt. Thank you!
