“Overall, enjoyable experience. Sarah was very accommodating with my day/time request. She's also very mindful of pressure. I like it hard & she went to town I requested deep tissue, but really liked her incorporation of some Thai massage, which is stretching out the body a bit. The space reminds me of a massage school, with partitions separating spaces. Most folks are mindful of this and keep noise to a minimum. Did not affect my experience. I plan on returning for massages in the future.“

“Best deal on the island. The masseuse listen carefully to your requests and are firm but careful in their treatment. I've had lower back and hip issues for decades and no one has released the pain and tension better. I wish we had found them sooner. I would have gone multiple times during our visit to the island.“

“I can't say enough about Lily Spa! My boyfriend and I travelled to Hawaii for the first time and while there celebrated his birthday. I knew before we arrived that I wanted to treat him to a spa day but it was so hard to find everything I wanted in a reasonable price...until I found Lily Spa. I spoke to the owner prior to arriving and asked if she would be willing to decorate the room for his birthday and she gladly said yes. We arrived and they met us in the parking lot to walk us inside. We felt welcomed and taken care of from that moment until leaving. We had a 90 min full body massage, 30 min body scrub (followed by a shower) and finished with an hour foot massage. The ladies working n us were both so nice! We are both larger people and we never felt judged, uncomfortable or like an inconvenience. They constantly checked in to make sure the pressure was ok and it was perfect! I wish I had time to go back again before I returned home, but the service was so good I would go back over an over. Honestly it's better than any massage i have received on the mainland. I carry a lot of knots in my neck and shoulders and typically I leave a massage sore for a few days I didn't have any soreness when leaving. I'm not sure hoe they managed that but 5 days later, I still feel great!“

“Located on the second floor in a suite that accepts walk in. The smell might be the first thing you notice when u walk in here. Sadly they would'nt give me every aroma they used in there to put in my apartment Came in at 1130am on Thursday with no reservation. Was told we could wait til 12 in their lobby or walk around and come back Once we were in the room no one came in for about 10 mins. Just laying around in my underwear. They apologized many times and offered a hot stone treatment to make up for it which my mom quickly accepted and loved. They definitely listened when i mentioned too much pressure being applied. I didn't want to be sore for days. The one thing that confused me was they asked beforehand if you had specific areas u wanted attention to and they never focused on that. Other than that and the comments about my body and being in the gym a lot it was a great massage lol“

“Did a walk in for a Facial after a tiring week. If you are in the area I highly recommend! I enjoyed the exfoliating treatments. The facial massage was very relaxing and the music was perfect. Friendly staff and peaceful spa environment. Find them on the 4th floor in Waikiki Shopping Plaza.“

“The owners so kind. The masseuse I usually get (Linda) is very gifted and really knows how to read my body and adjust pressure where necessary. Clean, small and cozy. There’s assigned parking. I’m a massage therapist and have been for over 10 years, I’m very picky. I have always really enjoyed my experience here. My go to massage is a deep tissue with adding on some peppermint essential oils. If I could give more stars I would. My family has always enjoyed their experience here as well.“

“Went back for another prenatal massage, this time 75 minutes! The ambience and staff were same as last, clean, caring, and amazing. This time I booked with Masami and she had a different massage style then I what I'm used to, it was great!! Knew exactly where my pain points were and worked through it. Super friendly as well. I like deep pressure and she amazed me with her strength. My most recent session was a Quantum Immersion Session paired with massage. This was like nothing I have ever experienced before. We initially talked about me and what I wanted to work on emotionally and spiritually. She used massage, sound healing and her soothing voice to take me on a journey.
