Loved this salon but it's permanently closed now.They boarded up the doors and closed on new years. I have no idea where any of the stylist went but I hope I can find Tina again. She was great.

Brought elderly mother in law for first time to Purebeauty at pearl ridge Macy's. Made appt earlier in the week easily over the phone. Stylist "Sugar" was personable. She asked pertinent questions of mother in law how she parts her hair, styles her hair, and cares for scalp. She even showed / gave helpful tip to better massage her scalp when sitting in the shower (she's 90) by placing one elbow fixed against the shower wall to not strain shoulder as much. LOVE the attention to helping a senior citizen ! Shampoo, cut and style-- out in less than an hour! . Will continue to ask for stylist "Sugar".

I'm a regular at Macy's hair salon Cindy is a wonderful, humorous, thoughtful, talented hair stylist. So blessed having found her tried many different salons and it was great the first time then disappointing the next time. She listens to what you are requesting and brought in a picture of the color and highlight for her to duplicate....it was ACHIEVED!!
