At the end of each session, she downloads the exercises, prints the pictures for me with the explanation and makes sure I understand the target points we are working on to get me better! She is patient, thorough and always is positive ! We end each session with a positive outlook to the next with a bright, beautiful smile from my smart, patient physical therapist!“

“This place is wonderful. Becky M. has been with me on my recovery from a rotator cuff surgery and I was scared and in pain and she made this such a positive and relaxing experience. I'm not terrified to go in I actually look forward to it. She's very supportive and patient and she makes recovery easier. I love this place. The entire environment is so pleasant. “I love love love all of their staff here. They have the best costumer service! PT’s and MT’s here are really good and they are all friendly. I recommend Lilian and Donna for massage and Khuna for Thai massage they’ll really find your soar spot and you can feel the relief after. Like everybody else’s review, they really treat you like Ohana (: Ate Alma is superb! She always try to accommodate everyone. I wish I can rate them 100!“

“I’ve been coming here 2-3 time per week since the end of May/early June of 2023 following a surgery on my shoulder. This was the third surgery on that shoulder, and I was pretty skeptical of the help I would receive due to some negative experiences at previous locations I had done my physical therapy as well as the daunting news from my surgeon that the operation will likely fail to hold the repair. It didn’t take me any more than a few sessions to believe that I was in good hands here.Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, professional, and it is clear that they enjoy working with each other. Of the staff members there (as of December 2023), I have had the most exposure to Chelsea. I feel as though I lucked out with having her conduct many of my treatments because along with the clear knowledge she has within this field, she has also made my recovery plan feel as though it has been a collaborative process with my end-goal physicality which makes for a treatment plan that feels tailored to my needs. She has met me with a high level of professionalism and friendliness every time I come in as well as ensuring that the intensity of the day’s exercises matches my fluctuating pain levels.I still have a long ways to go with my recovery, but I am confident that I will make a better-than-expected recovery as I am in much less pain, much more flexible, and much stronger than my previous recoveries, and in a much smaller time frame too. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience here, and I would recommend this place to anybody.“
