“I've really enjoyed my last 2 PTs here :) My back gets triggered every now and then so finding a PT that's helpful is really important to me. Both Rachel Miyoga & Jason Cabe have been a tremendous help in my recovery to not just help fix the issue but has taught me how to not be back again lol. The office is clean and they also do cupping which was greatttt. I got a dr referral and it does take a hot minute before being scheduled but that just shows that they're great! Wally has also been really pleasant.“

“I have been coming to the Natural Wellness Center for years. It all started with a Groupon for Vitamin B12 injections. I have also tried her weight loss program, Vitamin C IV booster and purchased several products from her. She always provides recommendations for any situation you may have. I recently burned by hand and she provided some ointment to help heal and minimize scarring. Dr. Phoung Nguyen is not only an outstanding naturopathic Doctor she is an amazing person. She is so kind, thoughtful and generous just a beautiful Soul. I don't feel like I have a patient/doctor relationship she makes me feel like family. “I've been going to OSR on and off for almost 2 years. And the service starts at the door! The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming! The physical therapist are friendly, patient, encouraging, and they make each session fun! Shout out to the GOAT Bryson for making me laugh and hate him while I work out and to Mona for being my unpaid therapist and listening to me whine about work while I'm stretching something. Last shout out to Fairly for being one of the OGs and taking great care of me when I was pregnant with my son! I love OSR! And while I'm not always happy I have to go some days, I know I'll be glad I did when I see the wonderful staff at OSR!“

“My physical therapist, Coty C is excellent !She takes the time to explain each exercise ,what we are working on and makes sure that I am performing the exercise hitting the correct target . At the end of each session, she downloads the exercises, prints the pictures for me with the explanation and makes sure I understand the target points we are working on to get me better! She is patient, thorough and always is positive ! We end each session with a positive outlook to the next with a bright, beautiful smile from my smart, patient physical therapist!“

I mainly chose this place because of the receptionist I spoke with over the phone, “J”. She was so friendly and professional over the phone, and I could even hear her smile through the phone when she was talking.
She’s wonderful! The wonderful continues with everyone working there. I go to the Waimalu location because it’s most convenient for me. I’m sure the Kaimuki location is just as wonderful because the therapists sometimes alternate locations. The Physical Therapists and their Assistant are so supportive and patient. They are seriously enough, yet throw in just enough humor to make you want to continue going for your appointments! ?“
