I had a very disappointing experience with my 60-minute full-body massage. The session lasted only about 40 minutes, despite being booked and paid for as a full hour. Payment and tip were requested before the service began, which felt VERY uncomfortable and unprofessional.
During the massage, a hard, cheap sheet was kept over my entire head/body the entire time. No oil or lotion was used, and the massage was mostly limited to my shoulders and upper back rather than a true full-body service. She did not check in regarding pressure and was rude throughout the appointment. Overall, the service felt rushed, incomplete, and not worth the cost. I’ll never be back/never recommend.

I went there this afternoon, she took the money upfront and even demanded a tip before starting the service. I paid for 60 minutes but only received 45 minutes of service. She barely knew how to massage; it was terrible. A complete waste of time. I should report this unprofessional behavior to the DCCA.

The sign caught my eye many times so I thought I'd try it for my tight neck and headache. It called and got an appointment within 30 minutes of my call. Parking was free and easy enough. The door is kept locked so press the doorbell. There are at least 6 massage rooms. I paid cash and tip up front so after the massage you can just leave. I also think they give you better service knowing what tip they are getting. The massage was a full hour which is nice because many places say 1 hour but it's short 5+ minutes. The technique was good. The only con was I could hear music from the tattoo parlor next door coming through the walls. The price was $70. It's not high end but ok.

Usually my go to place for a good massage but when I went today it wasn’t. Told the lady I wanted 90mins but 20mins into it, I asked to cut it to 60mins. When I went to pay, didn’t know its a must to tip 20% so I did. The masseuse was mad and told me to never go back. Usually its good but today I just got unlucky.
