Jess is AMAZING! She has helped me heal from having sciatica pain and getting back to doing the things I love. She is always attentive and listens to where you want to focus each session and has the tools to execute so you leave feeling refreshed. At Nohealani Wellness, Jess provides individualized treatments to help you experience a better quality of life. My style is a unique blend of many massage techniques: Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascia Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology and more. I also include techniques that increases mobility and decreases treatment time for pain, tightness, and dysfunction using Graston Technique, ACE Massage Cupping, the Hypervolt massage gun, and either medical-grade laser therapy OR hot stone. Kangen Water (medical-grade alkalized water which reaps therapeutic health benefits such as high antioxidants, pain and inflammation reduction, cellular hydration, etc.) is available by request.
