These guys are the "TERMITE WHISPERERS." Living in a high rise I didn't think anything more could be done after numerous attempts to do my own spot treatments. My family and I continue to use them since 2003. Efficient, effective, professional, and friendly. They are not just there to do the job at hand, whether it be exterminating bugs or rodents; but has also helped with preventative maintenance to deter future incidents of infestations. I have experienced other pest control companies that have only been disappointing; and have nothing in comparison to the integrity and dedication, or the extent to which Integrated Pest Management's owner, Darryl K., or his crew will go to resolve any unwanted house critter concerns, to give you peace of mind. They will go where others won't (e.g. under the building, up in the ceiling/ attic space, and even take into account the perimeter of your surrounding areas) to better understand the cause of the problem. I really appreciate that their aim is not to just treat an acute problem; rather, to make efforts to find the cause, help me understand it, and educate me to take proper preventative measures to help eliminate the problem going forward. They have the consideration to avoid having to place any additional costs on the customer for unnecessary repetitive visits. THEY ARE MY GO-TO FOR RIDDING PEST because THEY ARE THE VERY BEST!
