They have such good work ethics and extremely thorough in their review and recommendations on whether I needed a termite inspection report. Alvin is very knowledgeable and patient. I didn't actually use this company yet. They are coming out tomorrow to do a termite inspection because I have a serious termite problem occurring. This was only discovered after trying to renovate. This review is about the amazing office staff. I left a message and Michelle promptly returned my call. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. She also worked a miracle by having a termite inspector come to my house by tomorrow morning. I spoke to Michelle after 2pm today. State Termite has been our main pest control specialist for many years. From inspecting our new home to our current pest control treatments they do it all. The crew is professional and did everything with great care. You can see the passion in their work!
