In mid-June one of my solar panels stopped working. From their web site I submitted a service request (at first I left a voice mail message but they then sent an email asking me to submit the electronic service request form). Sasha and Sadejsha provided rapid responses to my situation and questions, including explaining that they would have Enphase try a software fix and if that did not work, a replacement inverter would be ordered. About a week later they contacted me after Enphase could not implement a remote software fix and soon after we set up a repair date. Fixed our leaking solar water heater panel. Best value and quality parts. Service staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable with installing new absorber plate and even came back to finish off final touches (insulation on outside pipes). Mahalo guys!
Just got my Tesla solar roof installed from the only company on Oahu that can install to date (04-15-2024). From the office crew to the frontline workers, this company was really good to work with as far as quality and the installation process. The process was a lengthy one that is a fact and the equipment are being shipped from the mainland so just be prepared, which is why I almost gave a 4 star rating but then end result was all that mattered to us as homeowners.
