Brilliant and efficient patient service. Wait time was quick, receptionist was friendly and courteous, assisting technicians were competent, their X-ray equipment was top-notch and of course, Dr. Iwasaki was very accommodating and understanding. Price was also very reasonable!
Gentle Dental lives up to its name. I was afraid of having this procedure done after a bad experience with an oral surgeon. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Olivia and felt very reassured that they would take care of me. I just saw Dr. Andrew Gutierrez for my tooth extraction and he was kind, knowledgeable, and super fast! I highly recommend Gentle Dental.
Very good expedient service. Dr. Iwasaki was excellent with allowing me to ask questions and asked me several times if I had anymore questions. While this was my first visit at the clinic, I was treated like I had been a long time customer by all. It was very easy to get registered and everyone treated me greatly! I’ll be back for my follow ups and it is comforting to know I have a dentist again. Mahalo!
