I’ve been coming here for around 20 years now more or less and I have never experienced this bad service ever. They used to have great staff now, no customer service. The white lady receptionist didn’t have any customer service at all. The first thing she said was that they forgot to charge my daughter when she went in for fluoride and that I should pay for it. I gave her my debit card and held on to it for good 20-30 mins until I got called in. I came she tried to charge me more and said I only have HDS as coverage, I told her I have dual coverage which btw copy of cards were sent via text as requested prior to appt. She still insisted only 1 coverage so I then showed her copy which again, btw, she didn’t asked for upon check in. The girl who did my X-ray also didn’t have customer service, took maybe around 15 X-rays which never had to do before also. Hygienist was ok, she did super fast cleaning. And the doctor said, no X-rays today? Uhm, I guess they don’t communicate, I just opened my mouth so many times for this X-rays. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER SINCE IVE BEEN COMING HERE. I dont know if Alberta is still there if not, too bad she’s not anymore. She was the best. I’m already thinking of changing dentist.

Brilliant and efficient patient service. Wait time was quick, receptionist was friendly and courteous, assisting technicians were competent, their X-ray equipment was top-notch and of course, Dr. Iwasaki was very accommodating and understanding. Price was also very reasonable!

Gentle Dental lives up to its name. I was afraid of having this procedure done after a bad experience with an oral surgeon. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Olivia and felt very reassured that they would take care of me. I just saw Dr. Andrew Gutierrez for my tooth extraction and he was kind, knowledgeable, and super fast! I highly recommend Gentle Dental.
