I just recently had some defective jalousies replaced and both my cat and I are so happy with the upgrade. Everyone i met or talked to was super professional and knowledgeable. I def plan to work with them in the future since my other windows and doors will need replacing eventually. The custom door arrived earlier than expected and they have a lifetime warranty as well.
I would like to share my experience with Diamond Head Windows & Doors! They just installed brand 15 new windows and 2 lanai doors in my home, and I’m so stoked with how everything turned out!
Jon, the installer, was the best! He knows his stuff and made sure everything was done right. Super friendly and respectful, he really made the whole process easy and fun.
Big mahalo to Marisa, the installation manager! She’s a rock star, always going above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that everything was running smooth.
