Bobby worked with me to strengthen my knee.
Each session was tailored to what was happening that day.
I’ve been to other PT where it was cookie cutter “do 10-2 reps and let me know when you’re done”
Bobby watched how I walked and that determined what we worked on.
It’s been 2 years since I’ve seen him, I moved to the mainland and finally had knee surgery.
My therapist was impressed by my workout ethics and I told her about Bobby.
I continued to do the exercises he taught me and they helped me until and after my surgery.
I highly recommend Oahu Central PT.
This place is wonderful. Becky M. has been with me on my recovery from a rotator cuff surgery and I was scared and in pain and she made this such a positive and relaxing experience. I'm not terrified to go in I actually look forward to it. She's very supportive and patient and she makes recovery easier. I love this place. The entire environment is so pleasant. The front desk staff and everyone. But Becky is truly great and I'm grateful for her being apart of my recovery team 10/10 would recommend.
I've been going here for over six months and I have seen results with my vertigo. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is also clean and Becky who is my PT is great she knows exactly what needs to be done to help me get better. I recommend central Oahu PT to all ages.
