Customer service is excellent! I had problems with the alarm system I had installed and they had taken care of me each and everytime on the spot after just walking in w/no appoinment. The problems i had had nothing to do with the workmanship or the alarm. I will be back soon for stereo and alarm for my other car
12/2024 UPDATE : approx. 1 week ago I had changed the stereo in my '69 Camaro and everything is GREAT ! I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Needless to say I will be back to update stereo in my Toyota soon

Been a customer for nearly 20 years. Father & Son Buisness, same day service and driving home with a high end system in my car! Great price anything went wrong they fixed it for me even though it wasn't there work. Mahalo!!!!!!

Excellent service! Updated my vehicles radio system and had a backup camera installed. Same day service with excellent prices! Found the store while shopping around for a system. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Joe. He helped us find a system that not only met our needs but provided us the best quality. Joe was extremely knowledgeable of all the products and the varying efficiencies of these products. After installation we were given a tutorial by an employee how to properly operate the radio and camera. Truly felt that they wanted us to be happy with the product and their work.
