From the very first visit, the team made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. A bit apprehensive for my first appointment here. Brenda the receptionist is sweet. I had informed my regular doctor that what I was hearing or not hearing was a bit off enough to get it checked out,Different exams with ear Bud like items placed in your ears. You just sit and do nothing while high, medium and low sounds are heard.You then go into a little booth and signal the doctor if you hear something. Finally you repeat words after Dr. Mary Ellen.Results are shared and solutions given. No pressure just go home and think about it and get tested again in 2 or 3 years.
