In post-operative stage after emergency eye surgery, my husband needed to recuperate in a face-down position for a week. This recovery stage is very critical and intense as the positions are limited for the entire week. A friend recommended using a face-down massage chair while the ophthalmologist recommended using a travel neck pillow, surprisingly so! I have been going to see Christine (the owner) since 2004 as I work in the same complex. I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt and injuries come with the territory. Christine is very informative on how to work around and prevent my injuries. I believe the quality of a massage is very important in any active lifestyle and recovery. Aiea Massage is where I can pick up Massage gels and topical items to bring me relief in between my downtimes.
