I'm writing to follow up on our recent visit to Laurel Hill Pet Lodge with our GSP puppy, Bo, for his nail trim. Bo has a history of anxiety surrounding nail trims, making the experience stressful for both him and us. We were understandably apprehensive going in.
However, our experience with Kaylee exceeded all expectations. Her calm and patient demeanor immediately put Bo at ease. She handled him with such skill and gentleness, expertly and quickly trimming and shaping his nails. The entire process was remarkably smooth and stress-free, a far cry from our previous attempts. This place is the best! Owners live on premises & the dogs get constant care & attention. Very impressed with the facility. Sherry did a fantastic job on grooming my dog prior to pick up. Will use this place from now on! I would recommend Laurel Hill pet Lodge and spa to anyone.
