I heard about Direct Services Plumbing & Drains through my co-worker and she was just elated by the services rendered to her.
1. I like being able to call and having a person (Cathleen) answer the phone instead of hearing an automated recording.
2. Cathleen did exactly what she said she would. She promised a visit the next day but she said she would get someone out today if possible. Although I was looking for a visit tomorrow she called me back and said someone would be out today.

I needed to get a quote for running a new line to the back of my property off the Main. Service call fee for estimate is going to be $35 which is very reasonable. She was able to get me booked immediately even though I’m not in a rush. I look forward to doing business with your company, thank you !
Cathleen was wonderful and was able to get Rick and Matthew out quickly to assess the situation. They were very respectful and honest. Fixed my water leak and got us back on track with only a few hours. Highly recommend.
