Such a great experience working with Visiv. I had an issue where half my outdoor lights stopped working, and they promptly came out and addressed the issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. They also were able to help with a bulb replacement on my roof (which they had in stock in their work van, so they did not have to make another return trip)!
From start to finish a wonderful experience. Prior to meeting with Oscar, we had gotten quotes from two other well known outdoor lighting companies. We held off because we felt like we got the same plan as others in our neighborhood. We did not want shadows on our house and we had questions on why some houses lights looked brighter than others. Oscar took his time to not only answer all our questions, but also really listen to what we wanted. He recommended specific lights to be used depending on what we were looking for in a particular area. We did both house lighting as well as landscape lighting.
