Thank you Jason Wilson for all your guidance on purchasing my new home from out of state! Jason is full of knowledge, his years of experience truly makes the process of buying a home so much easier. When I had to return back to my home in Florida, he continued to stay on top of everything and lol out for me and my best interest all the way to the end. If I had to do it over again or in the future, Jason would definitely be the only one I’d trust. He is now going to guide my kids in buying their land.
A First Class Team from start to close! Jason Wilson was extremely knowledgable of the market, an expert really, and was very responsive — always available to assist every step of the way. Jason made suggestions for improvements and went above and beyond to help! The house sold quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of Jason’s Professionalism and that of his team, especially Julia and Alessandra . They all made the process of selling a house easy, and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!
Where to I even begin? Alanna helped my fiancee and I find the home of our dreams in the matter of WEEKS! She not only worked fast, but educated us on what to look out for and knew what to look for. She also helped us understand what we didn't know being first time home buyers. I cannot stress enough how positive and stress free the process of buying a home with Alanna is, and HOW FUN IT IS! Ursula and Associates is a great organization as well. We got to meet the whole team and have really felt welcomed into the Towne Lake Community because of them.
