Ulta Beauty is a large retailer offering a wide variety of beauty products, including cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare. They carry over 25,000 products from 500 brands, such as Tarte, Fenty, and CHANEL, as well as exclusive items like Kylie Cosmetics and Olaplex. The store also offers a salon with services such as haircuts, hair coloring, makeup application, and brow waxing. The store itself is spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked. While some of the prices may be a little on the higher side, they have nice things for not so much. The service was amazing and the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to answer all questions.

I had a fantastic experience with Shelby at Ulta beauty Woodstock! She was knowledgeable and took time to understand exactly what I needed. I loved her service and the products she recommended! I will definitely be back to see her for all my makeup needs!!

Fernanda V. Is by far the nicest ulta customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. She was super nice and helpful in finding things for us. She went above and beyond to search the store up and down. She also suggested a great alternative to what I was looking for. She said as very experienced in the products they cared and options. I’m super impressed by her knowledge and attention to helping. There are so many sales people on the floor pushing hard to sell you on whatever product they are representing for the day that you eventually wear down and buy the product. Once you're in line though you wait and wait to get checked out. There needs to be enough check out staff to support the pushing of products on the floor.
