Malik fixed my damaged phone today. (It had been run over by a car.) VERY helpful. VERY courteous. VERY knowledgeable. Quick turn-around, maybe 2 hours. The other employee, Marcus, is equally as good. VERY courteous, professional, knowledgeable as well. Marcus has fixed my phone before. I've recommended this place (Woodstock GA location) to others many times.
Derek helped us out a lot. I brought in my Xbox one x in and they couldn’t fix it but he helped me the best he could, gave me a lot of good advice and helped me even tho they couldn’t fix the issue. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely bring whatever device I have issues with next here
Very nice staff. Got the cracked screen fixed fast and on time. However the touch on the screen didn't work rights. When I came back they said I need to talk to me phone company and get another appointment.
