I recently delt with Misty W. at Tolley and she was pleasant to work with and was able to resolve my violation issues. I am a tenant and was not aware that I had open violations, due to the rental company not relaying this information to me in a timely manner. Misty was able to speak to my rental company and get additional violation fees waived from my rent. Thank you Misty!

Liz is the best! She responded to my concerns very promptly and made reasonable suggestions regarding my property and concerns. The other HOA reps have been much more difficult to deal with but Liz is by far the best person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at this company!
