We had the unfortunate experience of a water pipe exploding during xmas morning. Tim was recommended by the plumber who shut off our pipe. Tim was responsive getting within a few hours and setting up machines to dry everything. So far so good!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Initially I had Servpro out here (recommended by my insurance company), after almost a week of them dragging there feet claiming to be “drying “ they showed back up and removed the obnoxiously loud equipment and tried to force me to sign something saying I was satisfied with their services - thank god a family member gave me this companies contact info (they had a similar event happen at their house earlier in the year, they were lucky enough to have Tim w/ Titan initially respond to there - thanks to recommendation from their plumber ) Tim came out and it was like someone turned the pause button off!
