What a disappointment. Unfortunately I never got to experience a massage nor a yoga class despite living right in their complex. I bought a package/ gift certificate last year December and assumed it would last a year. To my chagrin I just realized it expired in 6 months when 99% of small business certificates last at least a year. So I went to their open house today. Only to have both owners look at me and say "Oh, we remember when you bought it". Yet there is nothing they can do. I asked could they even honor one aspect or portion of the 2 massages and one class covered, to which they replied "Sorry". Sorry? This is a small business. It is within... read full review
They offer wonderful yoga and Massge. I am bit older and they work always take an individual approach to help me and my body thrive. I am very gently challenged to do my best. I highly recommend their services.
My wife and I have been going to Posture Project for years. Annie and Shalan are just *the* best at what they do! My wife goes for both routine massage and yoga, and I've been for routine massages and occasional yoga classes as well. For the yoga, they explain the poses so well that even the "newbies" (like I was) can figure it out...….unlike some places that just mention the name of the pose, and assume you know how to do it. They have all kinds of different classes for differing levels. And for their massages - they are relaxing and fantastic. Always makes you come out feeling so much better.
