Had a terrible experience with another company (ARS Rescue Rooter) who continued to no call no show for 3 days after they came to routine maintenance our furnace, and left us with a broken heating system. We finally called R&R Heating And Air and they gave us a window of 2-4pm. A technician showed up by 2:05 and fixed our issue within 15 minutes. He also stayed around for another 15 minutes to make sure there were no other issues after getting the system turned back on. They were super professional and not pushy with sales either. Would 100% recommend this company if you’re looking for an honest and reliable HVAC company!

I started using R&R a few years ago and have been 100% satisfied. R&R has always been very quick to respond to messages and I have never felt like they were trying to upsell me on unneeded services. They have even given me advice and tips on how to do minor HVAC maintenance / repairs myself! I wish more home service providers worked like this!
