I’ve been coming to see Dr Zoe for a few months and have felt wonderful; but I was pleasantly surprised when I was measured before a gyno surgery. I’m 43 years old and was told I was 5’4! I didn’t believe the doctor’s office scale, so I rechecked in the pre- surgery office at the hospital (and it was the same!). I’ve never been that tall in my whole life! I don’t think I grew- my posture has just significantly improved since coming to see Dr Zoe!
Dr. Zoe and her team at Progrelis Chiropractic have been a huge part of my health journey - starting out a few years ago with general wellness and routine upkeep, now through my pregnancy which I am nearing the end of. I give huge credit to her for my lack of common pregnancy symptoms that can cause women discomfort and unease, especially in the first and third trimesters! Our biggest win has been getting my baby to flip from a transverse-breech lie to a head-down position using the Webster Technique and some at-home stretches and exercises that she walked my husband and me through how to do! All this to say, if you're a pregnant mama looking for some relief, I HIGHLY recommend giving Dr. Zoe a visit!
