Been coming here for years (since open) and have never had a negative experience. When I was younger, I would just get regular and gel polish. I switched over to acrylic, which they always did a nice job with. Currently, I’m in an SNS phase. I’m someone who likes more simple nails and just branched out to getting a little design on my ring fingers, so I don’t have much experience with then nail art side of things, but they met my expectations for what I wanted. I’ve visited this location many times and always had a great experience, but today felt a bit different. I’m wondering if there’s been a change in ownership. I had an appointment with my daughter for two pedicures—she got the Lemon Drop ($40), and I got the Vitamin E ($60). Although they took us on time despite being busy, the service felt rushed. My daughter’s pedicure was finished in just 20 minutes, and mine in 36. As soon as my polish was applied, my shoes were handed to me, and I was sent on my way. For the price, I expected a more thorough and relaxing experience. I still tipped but left feeling disappointed. Hoping this was just an off day!

I have been getting my nails done at Pavilion consistently for 3 years. The nail techs do a wonderful job and the manager is awesome! Always a great, relaxing experience and I would not trust anyone else to do my nails!
