My car battery died in a parking lot after dark. I placed a call for road side assistance and Tempest contacted me right away. Fred was able to reach me in less than 30 minutes from my initial call for assistance to jump my battery. I really appreciated the quick response. Their team was quick, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend and will use them again as needed.
Great service. Got a call from the office a few minutes after speaking with the insurance company. Driver called me when he arrived and jumped my battery explaining that due to today’s electronics, one can’t jump from car to car any longer. I never knew that.Guy was very personable and a great representative of the company. I would definitely recommend them.
